What is the minimum order?
One bag. Home grillers usually start with a 4–5kg pack; restaurants typically trial 20–30kg before moving to a monthly schedule.
Where do you deliver, and how fast?
Anywhere in Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka we deliver within 24–48 hours; other districts usually take 3–4 days via courier or our own transport for bulk orders.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes — ask for a sample bag and judge us on the burn. For restaurant and reseller enquiries we’ll arrange a trial load so you can test a full service.
Do you handle export and private-label orders?
We ship container orders to the UK, UAE and the Middle East, and offer OEM manufacturing with your own branding. Lab reports (SGS / COA) are provided for export batches.
