Products
What products does BlackBolt supply?
We supply two fuels — pillow briquettes (long, even burn) and premium charcoal (fast, hard heat). Both are made without cutting any trees.
How long does it burn?
Briquettes hold steady heat for 6+ hours per load; charcoal gives a hard heat for 2–3 hours.
Is the smoke really low?
Yes. The smoke-causing matter is removed before the fuel is packed, so there’s very little smoke while burning — usable in indoor kitchens and tandoors too.
Which size is right for me?
Small packs (4–10 kg) for home or parties; large packs (20–30 kg) for restaurants or regular use. Not sure? Tell us and we’ll pick.
Ordering
How do I order?
You can place your order by messaging us on WhatsApp. Tell us the product and size (we’ll advise if you’re unsure) and we’ll confirm your order.
How long does it take to confirm an order?
After you contact us, we usually respond within the hour. Working hours: Sat–Thu, 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, samples are available for serious and bulk buyers. Just ask on WhatsApp.
Delivery
Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across all of Bangladesh, including Dhaka.
How is delivery handled?
We don’t run our own delivery fleet — orders are delivered through trusted courier services.
How long does delivery take?
Within Dhaka, usually 24–48 hours; outside Dhaka, usually 3–4 days.
What is the delivery charge?
Separate charges apply inside and outside Dhaka. Within Dhaka it’s a fixed 65 BDT, and outside Dhaka a fixed 100 BDT.
Payment
How do I pay?
We accept bKash, Nagad, bank transfer and cash on delivery. You choose the most convenient option when confirming your order.
Is cash on delivery available?
Cash on delivery is available within Dhaka. For areas outside Dhaka, an advance or partial payment may apply.
Other
Do you handle export or private-label (OEM)?
Yes. We take export orders and supply in private-label/OEM packaging. For these, contact us directly.
How should I store the product?
Keep it in a dry, ventilated place. Kept away from moisture, charcoal stays good for a long time.
