Pyramid 8–12 briquettes over one or two natural fire starters. The hollow channels feed the flame air.

Light & wait

Light the starters and leave it alone for 15–20 minutes — until the edges glow grey-white.

Spread & cook

Spread the coals, set your grate, and cook. One load holds steady heat for the next 6+ hours.
